Job Title: Estimation Engineer \- Fire Suppression Systems

Location: Nijmegen, open to remote work, with occasional travel

As our company continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer with a background in Fire Suppression to join our team.

Job Description:
We are seeking an Estimation Engineer who will be responsible for designing and estimating fire suppression systems for our clients worldwide. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently to create accurate project estimates while ensuring compliance with local, national, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Design and estimate fire suppression systems for clients worldwide.

· Provide custom solutions in Challenging requirements.

· Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.

· Conduct site surveys to evaluate requirements and assess project feasibility.

· Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

· Provide technical support and training to clients and colleagues worldwide.

· Participate in project management and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

· Compile / draft coherent project documentation consisting of

Project drawings

Compliance matrixes.

Datasheets, presentations,

Project descriptions

· Participate in joint engineering meetings with customer to negotiate technical characteristics.

· Be able to use customer templates for document drafting.

Projects are globally with major players in oil \& gas, renewable energies and industry partners. Projects vary in locations from US, Europe and India.
Besides there is the responsibility to explore, create and support a further sales network in African region.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Fire Suppression Systems design and estimation.


• Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of Fire Suppression Systems.


• Experience in Failure analysis and common industrial practices.


• Experience with AutoCAD or other design software.


• Familiarity with EN, ISO, NFPA and other industry standards and regulations.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a global team.


• Willingness to travel internationally for training and project support.
