Project Coordinator

Italy Mechatronics 2 \- 5 years Milan On\-site
We are looking for a Site Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers with mechanical and electrical installations and commissioning activities.

• Monitor project progress on site


• Prepare reports and manage issues


• Coordinate material flow to the installation site


• Support quality, safety and snag list activities


• Collaborate closely with PM, Site Manager and suppliers

• MSc in Mechanical, Industrial, Automation Engineering or similar


• Strong communication and problem\-solving skills


• Experience in installation environments (a plus)


• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel and Word


• Willingness to travel for long periods
