Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in project management methodologies and tools. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate client projects from brief through to delivery
- Manage project schedules, deadlines and internal resources
- Liaise with clients and provide regular updates on progress
- Ensure actions and deliverables are completed on time
- Monitor client goals and objectives, helping keep projects aligned to agreed outcomes
- Support monthly reporting and client review meetings
- Track client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service levels
- Work closely with creative, digital, content and development teams
- Maintain accurate project records using internal systems
- Minimum 1 year’s commercial experience in a project coordination, account management or similar role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident working with clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience within a marketing or agency environment preferred
