Showroom \& Project Coordinator
We are looking for an organised, customer\-focused Showroom \& Project Coordinator to join our curtains and blinds team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Advise clients on curtains, blinds, fabrics, and soft furnishings.
- Conduct home visits for consultations, measurements, and product selection.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate projects from sale to installation.
- Liaise with suppliers, the workroom, and installers to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Provide excellent customer service and after\-sales support.
- Maintain the showroom to a high standard.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Customer\-focused with strong attention to detail.
