- Oversee and coordinate all window and door installations
- Book installation and remedial visits with the installation team
- Manage installation team diaries to optimise travel and time efficiency
- Arrange and coordinate parts required for installations and visits
- Maintain regular contact with customers by telephone and email throughout their projects
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Experience in customer service or coordination roles
- Previous experience managing schedules, bookings, or team coordination preferred
- Experience in construction, glazing, or home improvement would be advantageous
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette with professional communication skills
- Strong problem solving abilities with a solutions focused approach
- High level of organisation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
