The Project Coordinator will provide a key function in supporting the projects team in the development and delivery of grid scale BESS facilities. They will assist in the progression and prioritisation of project tasks to help progress the projects through key milestones, delivering essential administration support to improve efficiency and transparency for the project team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the origination, development and delivery of BESS projects.
- Assist in project de\-risking, cost tracking, and project progress tracking.
- Review and analysis of reports and contracts.
- Work within the wider projects team in all matters relating to early development stages including acquisition, planning and development.
- Preparing presentations and facilitating internal procedures.
- Coordinating communications for the project team including calls and emails.
- Support business development objectives.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Engineers to assist in various areas of project delivery.
- Degree qualified, ideally in a STEM subject.
- Experience, ideally within a renewables, power or engineering environment.
- Confident in engaging external and internal stakeholders.
- Evidence of problem solving with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple work flows.
- Must be commutable to Cheltenham as this role is fully office based.

Pay: £28,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
