As our business continues to grow, we have a fresh opening for a full\-time Project Coordinator to join the team at Colour Sound HQ in North West London. We are searching for an enthusiastic, proactive individual who stays calm and delivers high\-quality work when the pressure is on.
Main Responsibilities
- Project Management of small\-medium lighting and video productions
- Assisting Account Handlers \& Senior Project Managers with delivery of large lighting and video productions.
- Work with clients and crew to plan, develop and execute projects, on time and within budget
- Collaborating with crew booking to ensure appropriate crew are selected for the jobs in hand \- utilising client and crew references to assign the best person to the job.
- Manage multiple projects \- must be extremely organised and have excellent interpersonal, verbal \& written communication skills
- Critically evaluate solution ideas by considering data, precedents, and input from others, as well as own personal experience and knowledge
- Enter and maintain orders into Colour Sound Experiment’s inventory software and communicate equipment requirements to Colour Sound Experiment Operations
- Proficiency in project management, task management, and collaboration applications, including but not limited to: proficiency in Current RMS highly beneficial
- Direct technical staff to achieve desired effects, set objectives and conduct ongoing quality assurance
- Keep up to date with Colour Sound Experiment equipment stock, ensuring can operate and explain all hire stock to clients and staff
- Monitor and co\-ordinate logistics to ensure all necessary equipment and staff are on site when required
- Checking to make sure the job is ready in the department and working with the warehouse to ensure standards
- Work collaboratively with suppliers to find solutions to technical challenges
- Research and identify new product offerings and services that will enhance the Colour Sound Experiment brand and align with our standards and services to customers
- Liaise with and assist visiting freelance staff and clients to ensure they receive a full end to end service
- A background in event lighting
- Experience using industry software like Vectorworks, WYSIWYG, or AutoCAD preferred, but we can train right candidate
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to getting the small things right.

- The ability to handle tight deadlines and high\-pressure situations while keeping a positive, flexible attitude with the team.
