BT Lerson is looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the successful delivery of projects across the construction and aerospace sectors, working closely with project teams, clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the delivery of small to medium\-sized projects while ensuring client deadlines are met


• Prepare quotations using our bespoke software system from information provided


• Raise purchase orders for materials and project requirements


• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed throughout project delivery


• Coordinate contractors and project teams to maintain project progress


• Liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders


• Act as a key point of contact for internal project managers


• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client project managers


• Based predominately at our Stansted Airport office, with some visits to our local office (within 3 miles)

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a project coordination, project administration, or project management role


• Experience within construction, engineering, fabrication, or a related industry would be advantageous


• Engineering qualifications or a degree are beneficial but not essential


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously


• Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills


• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem\-solving


• Awareness and understanding of health and safety requirements


• A team\-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and develop

Additional Requirements

Due to the nature and location of the work, successful applicants will be required to:

• Provide a minimum of 5 years' checkable employment history


• Provide a 5\-year address history


• Successfully complete a DBS check


• Meet any additional site access or security clearance requirements where applicable
