Reports to: Operations Manager
Salary: £28,000\-32,000 plus discretionary business performance based bonus scheme
Hours: 39 hours per week FTE
Location: Hybrid working

Role Overview
As the Project Co\-ordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the successful planning, delivery and execution of high\-impact client projects. Working closely with internal teams, coaches, specialists and external stakeholders, you will coordinate project activity from initiation through to completion, ensuring timelines, resources and deliverables remain on track. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure and organisation to complex projects, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
➢ Keeping projects on track – Assist with planning, execution, and delivery to make sure we hit deadlines and performance goals
➢ Being the go\-to person – Driving the project plan. Act as the link between internal teams, and external partners to keep things moving
➢ Managing resources – Work with our high\-performance coaches and specialists during the project life cycle
➢ Staying on top of admin – Keep project documentation up to date, track progress, and store materials
➢ Sorting logistics – Organise discovery and decompression interviews (virtual/in\-person), book/order resources, and manage participant engagement
➢ Handling contracts \& invoices – Support with invoicing and contracting to keep projects aligned with financial goals
➢ Prioritising like a pro – Juggle multiple tasks, ensuring everything meets our high\-performance standards
➢ Solving problems before they happen – Spot potential risks, flag them early, and suggest solutions
➢ Improving how we work – Share insights and ideas to help us refine our processes and deliver even better results
Desired Experience
➢ 2\-3 years experience in project coordination, ideally in learning, high performance environments or consulting
➢ A natural organiser – You thrive on structure and can juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat
➢ You’re a confident communicator and can engage with all kinds of stakeholders
➢ Tech\-savvy – Comfortable with project management tools \& CRM systems (e.g. MS Project) and MS Office Suite
➢ Familiar with virtual learning platforms like Zoom \& Microsoft Teams
➢ A problem\-solver – You don’t just flag issues, you bring solutions
➢ A passion for performance – You love the idea of working in a high performance environment and making a real impact
