As a Project Buyer, you are part of our inspiring project teams.
What will your challenges be?
- You contribute to Procurement in all aspects and will work with engineering and production in order to realize together with involved suppliers a timely and qualitative supply
- Contract and monitor progress of the supplier for timely and accurate execution of the order
- Solve operational and contractual issues with the supplier including change orders; in close cooperation with the Project Team
- You build and maintain a working relationship with involved third parties
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage
- Higher Vocational Education with relevant working experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in the maritime industry
- Experienced in project buying
- You recognise yourself in the following competences: Analytical ability, Collaboration, Persuasiveness, Exactitude
- Knowledge of MS office applications and Business Central
