The role
The ICC DRS Education and Training team is currently seeking a Project Assistant to provide hands\-on support with the organisation and management of the 22nd ICC Mediation Competition, which will take place in February 2027\. You will support the organisation of the Competition, whilst liaising with leading ADR professionals and representatives of companies, law firms, consultancy firms and business schools.
The role is a six\-month contract (CDD), starting September 2026, and will be located in ICC Global Headquarters in Paris.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate the administrative, logistical and financial aspects of the ICC Mediation Competition
- Support the review and evaluation of applications for the Mediation Competition
- Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including university teams, volunteers, professionals and sponsors
- Support the team in planning and delivering activities in line with deadlines and key milestones
- Act as a point of contact for student teams, ensuring compliance with the Competition rules
- Manage communication with participants through digital channels, including social media
- Contribute to the management and smooth running of the event platform
- Support communications with students involved in the Mediation Competition and broader Education and Training activities
- Assist with the end\-to\-end logistics of the Mediation Competition, as well as other ongoing events and projects within the ICC Education and Training team

Requirements
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Proven experience supporting the organisation of events or training activities, with strong ability to manage priorities and deliver to deadlines
- Proactive, detail\-oriented and solution\-driven, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with social media and community engagement
- Strong stakeholder awareness and customer service orientation, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); French (minimum C1, written and spoken)
- Interest in mediation / ADR, and experience with budgeting or financial tracking, would be an asset
