Project Architect
Woodmans Architecture \& Interiors are looking to recruit a Project Architect to lead and coordinate the design and delivery of private residential projects. The Project Architect will be responsible for managing projects through all stages, collaborating closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. The role requires strong technical knowledge, design capability, and project management skills, with the ability to oversee technical packages and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

\- Settled Status for EU citizens
Software Requirements:
\- Experienced with Autocad.
Evidence for all stages.
\- Experienced with NBS Contract Administrator.
Nice to have.
\- Ability to hand sketch.
Nice to have.
\- Sketch Up Pro.
Preferred but if no experience – willing to learn.
\- Lumion Pro.
Nice to have.
\- Experienced with Outlook.
\- Experienced with Microsoft Suite.
\- Experienced with Indesign.
Evidence of reports required which demonstrate ability.
\- Experienced with Adobe Suite including photoshop and illustrator.
Additional Requirements:
\- Ability to lead projects independently.
\- Collaborate with external design team.
\- Client facing experience.
\- Personable.
\- Collaborate with technicians and assistants on project deliverables.
\- Experience on all RIBA Stages and contract administration
