AROUNDTOWN Commercial Properties (ATCP) is the asset management
platform for Aroundtown SA, the largest listed commercial real estate

leasing and optimising the commercial real estate portfolio, which, in
addition to typical office properties, also includes industrial,

success of our company. Your tasks: Project Coordination Support
project managers in planning, tracking, and monitoring project
progress. Prepare project documentation, meeting agendas, minutes and
reports. Assist in coordinating deadlines, deliverables, and
communication between internal and external stakeholders. Ensure
projects remain on schedule by following up on action items. Office
Administration Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the
office. Serve as the first point of contact for general inquiries and
correspondence. Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and
ensure accurate record-keeping. Oversee office supplies and liaise
with vendors for procurement and services. Travel & Events Management
Arrange and coordinate travel logistics, including flights, hotels,
and transportation for executives. Organize conferences, meetings, and
company events, ensuring all details (venue, catering, materials,
itineraries) are in place. Administrative Support Manage calendars,
schedule meetings, and support executives with organizational tasks.
Draft and format correspondence, presentations, and reports. Support
onboarding of new team members and coordinate internal communications.
Your profile Proven experience in office coordination, administration,
or project support roles. Strong organizational and multitasking
skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office
Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar tools. Strong
written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently
while supporting multiple stakeholders. Discretion and professionalism
in handling sensitive information. Proactive and solution-oriented
mindset. Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit. Flexibility and
