The role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business aiming to transform the self\-management of muscle and joint conditions and women’s pelvic health.
As a Project and Engagement Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful deployment of the getUBetter platform. You will engage and support both clinical and non\-clinical stakeholders, helping them get set up and confident using the platform. Working closely with Project Managers, you will support clients throughout the full project lifecycle and help drive adoptions and engagement.
This is a client\-facing role where you will represent getUBetter and directly influence the quality of the client experience.
You will join a small, highly skilled team of clinical and non\-clinical experts working collaboratively towards a shared vision. In this role, you will receive strong support and development opportunities to help you grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.
We operate a hybrid working model, with time spent in our Bristol office. After probation, there is the opportunity to work from home up to two days per week.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Support Project and Junior Project Managers in organising and scheduling awareness and onboarding sessions with client teams
- Deliver 1:1 and group training sessions to clinical and non\-clinical stakeholders (e.g. GP practices, physiotherapists, social prescribers)
- Develop and support communication and engagement materials to promote platform adoption
- Assist in creating training and awareness resources
- Support the development and sharing of reporting and performance metrics with clients
- Provide post\-setup support to maintain engagement and drive patient app adoption
- Track engagement activity and align it with performance data
- Contribute to process improvement initiative
- Experience in a client\- or people\-facing role
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Confident presentation and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A flexible, adaptable approach to work
- Process\-oriented mindset
- Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in the health sector
- Understanding of digitally health or digitally enabled services
- Experience supporting change or transformation projects
- Experience engaging with a wide range of community service providers and stakeholders
- Familiarity with project tracking tools
