Project Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join our well\-established, innovative, and forward\-thinking asset surveying company.
This role would suit an individual who is passionate, ambitious, and eager to develop and progress within a growing business. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of complex survey commissions across the UK, with occasional travel required.
At Oxhey Hall Consulting, we are leading the way in the delivery of comprehensive and complex survey commissions within the PFI sector, particularly through our Centre of Best Practice (CoBP) surveys. Our approach continues to challenge industry norms and drive higher standards across the sector.

Key responsibilities
· Produce accurate site locations and measurements information from client data
· Review data produced from on\-site surveying teams
· Create information on different variables for our in\-house software solutions
· Assist with day\-to\-day support issues associated with our in\-house tablet solution
· Occasional visit to site for drawing verification
· Use of our 3D modelling technology to create 3D images of buildings
· Assist in design to increase efficiencies to data analysis tasks
· Assist with developing and maintaining internal processes
· Occasional visit to site for drawing verification
What we are looking for
· ‘A’ level or equivalent vocational experience
· Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
· Cooperative approach\- a hunger to learn and look to support wherever and whenever possible
· Confidence communication skills, both verbal and written
· Good IT skills, including Microsoft office (Excel, word, outlook)
· Proactive approach and ability to work unsupervised
· Full UK Driving licence
