Role Overview:
The Decarbonisation Coordinator is responsible for managing and producing all technical and administrative documentation required to support decarbonisation installations. This role ensures full compliance with regulatory, insurance, and industry standards while coordinating documentation from pre\-installation through to post\-completion and submission. The coordinator will work across multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring all project documentation is accurate, complete, and processed efficiently for submission to PAS Hub.
Key Responsibilities:
● Produce and manage all technical documentation for decarbonisation installations
● Prepare and submit pre\- and post\-installation documentation, including DNO applications
● Compile and maintain insurance documentation and compliance records
● Complete and process PIBI forms and supporting data sheets
● Collect, organise, and review installation photographs to ensure quality and compliance
● Review workmanship standards and ensure installations meet required quality benchmarks
● Manage and verify warranties, Quality Mark requirements, and Claims of Compliance
● Prepare and organise MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) documentation
● Ensure all documentation aligns with PAS requirements and is submission\-ready for PAS Hub
● Coordinate administrative processes across multiple live contracts simultaneously
● Liaise with installers, project managers, and compliance teams to gather required information
● Maintain accurate records and document control systems
Key Skills \& Experience:
● Strong understanding of decarbonisation or renewable energy installation processes
● Experience with technical documentation and compliance requirements (e.g., PAS, MCS, DNO)
● High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
● Proficient in document management systems ,Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
● Ability to review technical data, photos, and installation evidence critically Desirable:
● Previous experience in retrofit, energy efficiency, or renewable energy sectors
● Familiarity with PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 frameworks
● Knowledge of compliance platforms such as PAS Hub
● Experience handling quality assurance and audit processes
Additional Duties:
● Provide general administrative support related to project delivery
● Support continuous improvement of documentation processes and compliance standards
● Assist with audits and internal quality checks as required
Summary:
This role is critical in ensuring all decarbonisation projects are fully compliant, properly documented, and efficiently processed. The Decarb Coordinator plays a key part in maintaining quality standards and supporting successful project delivery across multiple contracts.
Pay: £28,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
