On offer is the opportunity for a Project Administrator / Project Coordinator to work for a renowned international design and production agency, supporting projects from initial concept through to completion. You will work closely with experienced Project Managers, coordinating clients, designers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard, while developing the skills required to progress into Project Management.

In this role, the successful Project Administrator / Project Coordinator will support projects, developing strong client relationships while assisting with budgets, quotes, schedules, resources and project deliverables. You will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from initial brief through to production, delivery and installation, with full training and support to develop into a Project Manager.

The Role:

• Supporting projects from initial brief through to completion


• Assisting with project budgets, Quotes, schedules, resources and deadlines


• Liaising with clients, designers, suppliers and internal teams


• Working alongside experienced Project Managers to develop your project management skills


• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

• Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar


• Keen to develop a career in Project coordination and progress into a Project Manager position


• Commutable to Stevenage
