Project Administrator

If so Futures are looking for a highly organised and proactive Projects Administrator to support the successful delivery of Site Services projects across multiple locations. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Suppliers, and Subcontractors, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Site Services projects by supporting planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and day-to-day operational activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage all aspects of project administration, including purchase orders, site reports, expenses, compliance documentation, filing systems, and SharePoint records.
- Provide administrative support to site teams by arranging travel, accommodation, PPE, equipment, training, inductions, and onboarding requirements.
- Liaise with engineers, project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and external service providers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and in line with client expectations.
- Coordinate and maintain compliance requirements, including DBS and BPSS checks, training records, site documentation, customer-specific requirements, and project reporting.
- Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
- Experience working within engineering, construction, facilities management, utilities, or site services environments would be advantageous.
