Are you a Project Administrator looking for your next opportunity in a fast growing manufacturing business known for the innovation and staff retention? If so Futures are looking for a highly organised and proactive Projects Administrator to support the successful delivery of Site Services projects across multiple locations. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Suppliers, and Subcontractors, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced project environment and enjoys supporting both office-based and site-based teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Site Services projects by supporting planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and day-to-day operational activities to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Manage all aspects of project administration, including purchase orders, site reports, expenses, compliance documentation, filing systems, and SharePoint records.

  • Provide administrative support to site teams by arranging travel, accommodation, PPE, equipment, training, inductions, and onboarding requirements.

  • Liaise with engineers, project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and external service providers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and in line with client expectations.

  • Coordinate and maintain compliance requirements, including DBS and BPSS checks, training records, site documentation, customer-specific requirements, and project reporting.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar administrative role.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate project records and documentation.

  • Experience working within engineering, construction, facilities management, utilities, or site services environments would be advantageous.
