Project Administrator
Job Summary
A\&B Consultancy is looking for an organised, proactive and adaptable Project Administrator to join our small and busy team, supporting one of our key clients from its offices in Crick, Northamptonshire. This is a hands\-on coordination role supporting product development, quality assurance, compliance and wider project activity. Regular and consistent attendance at the Crick office is an essential requirement.
What you will do
- Coordinate product, quality and project activities from initial brief through to completion.
- Maintain project trackers, schedules, action logs and supporting documentation.
- Follow up agreed actions with suppliers, CSI colleagues and client stakeholders.
- Support new product introduction, including technical information, packaging, artwork, product images and samples.
- Coordinate quality\-assurance and product\-compliance documentation, escalating technical decisions to the appropriate specialist.
- Support inspection, testing, certification and factory\-audit requirements under the direction of CSI’s quality team.
- Monitor deadlines, identify delays or risks and escalate them promptly.
- Prepare clear project updates and ensure meeting actions, owners and deadlines are recorded and followed through.
- Maintain accurate records across shared systems and project files.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing several priorities at once.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work.
- Able to take ownership of actions and follow them through to completion.
- Confident communicating with colleagues, clients and international suppliers.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams and shared working systems.
- Able to work independently and recognise when to raise a question or escalate a risk.
- Able to attend the Crick office regularly and consistently.
- Experience in project coordination, administration, quality assurance, product development or supply chain would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
