Job Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field

  • Extensive Programme Management experience in aerospace manufacturing

  • Experience working with OEM and Tier 1 aerospace customers

  • Strong understanding of composite manufacturing and programme lifecycles

  • Experience in risk, change, and contract management (including APQP)

  • Proven ability to manage programme financials (P\&L)

  • Track record of improving performance and delivering customer satisfaction

Your Role

As Programme Manager, you will take responsibility for leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver programme objectives, ensuring strong performance across delivery, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.

You will act as the primary customer interface for programme delivery, playing a key role in driving performance, managing risk, and optimising financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities Include:

  • Leading cross\-functional teams to achieve programme objectives, ensuring On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery

  • Acting as the primary customer interface for hardware delivery and programme performance

  • Managing programme financials including budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost optimisation initiatives

  • Overseeing planning, resource allocation and delivery milestones across the programme

  • Driving continuous improvement activities using established methodologies (Gemba, CI tools)

  • Supporting internal and customer programme reviews and reporting

  • Managing change activities, bids, RFQs and business cases

  • Maintaining programme governance, ensuring alignment with business management systems

  • Preparing and delivering communications to senior leadership and stakeholders
This role will also support bid activities and ensure continuity of programme delivery across customer requirements.
