Job Requirements

What You'll Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field
- Extensive Programme Management experience in aerospace manufacturing
- Experience working with OEM and Tier 1 aerospace customers
- Strong understanding of composite manufacturing and programme lifecycles
- Experience in risk, change, and contract management (including APQP)
- Proven ability to manage programme financials (P\&L)
- Track record of improving performance and delivering customer satisfaction

Your Role
As Programme Manager, you will take responsibility for leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver programme objectives, ensuring strong performance across delivery, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
You will act as the primary customer interface for programme delivery, playing a key role in driving performance, managing risk, and optimising financial outcomes.
Key responsibilities Include:
- Leading cross\-functional teams to achieve programme objectives, ensuring On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery
- Acting as the primary customer interface for hardware delivery and programme performance
- Managing programme financials including budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost optimisation initiatives
- Overseeing planning, resource allocation and delivery milestones across the programme
- Driving continuous improvement activities using established methodologies (Gemba, CI tools)
- Supporting internal and customer programme reviews and reporting
- Managing change activities, bids, RFQs and business cases
- Maintaining programme governance, ensuring alignment with business management systems
- Preparing and delivering communications to senior leadership and stakeholders
