- This is a key role leading a high-profile, cross-cutting programme of strategic change within a regulatory environment, focused on strengthening organisational capability in financial crime detection.
- You will lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex programme aligned to a broader transformation agenda, bringing together multiple workstreams into a coherent, deliverable plan. The focus is on driving integration across business, policy and operational functions - ensuring that change is embedded effectively and delivers measurable outcomes.
- This is not a purely technical delivery role. Instead, you will operate as a senior programme integrator, working across business areas, data and analytics teams, enforcement functions and corporate services to align priorities, manage dependencies and deliver at pace.
- Alongside delivery, you will establish robust programme governance, reporting frameworks and stakeholder engagement approaches, ensuring that outcomes are clearly defined, tracked and realised.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale strategic programme aligned to organisational priorities
- Coordinate and integrate multiple workstreams across policy, operations, data, enforcement and corporate services
- Develop and maintain programme plans, governance structures, reporting frameworks and delivery roadmaps
- Drive alignment between business, operational and analytical capabilities to support improved outcomes
- Ensure clear ownership of deliverables, milestones and benefits realisation across the programme
- Lead senior stakeholder engagement, building consensus and managing competing priorities
- Oversee programme governance, including boards, reporting cycles and assurance activities
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies across a complex delivery landscape
- Support development of business cases, investment decisions and strategic planning outputs
- Ensure transition from programme delivery into business-as-usual operations is effectively managed
- Strong track record delivering complex, large-scale strategic programmes within public sector or regulated environments
- Proven ability to operate as a senior programme lead, integrating multiple workstreams into a cohesive delivery plan
- Experience leading organisational or operational change within multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to work credibly across business, policy, operational and analytical functions
- Strong programme governance, planning and risk management capability
- Demonstrable experience of senior stakeholder engagement and influence, including at executive level
- Proven ability to drive delivery at pace while maintaining quality and alignment to strategic objectives
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex programmes into clear delivery plans and outcomes
- Strong problem-solving capability, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
- Experience within financial services, regulation, enforcement or financial crime environments
- Exposure to data-led or analytics-enabled programmes (non-technical leadership capacity)
- Experience working within large-scale transformation or regulatory change programmes
