Responsibilities
- Maintain constant dialogue with GAM/KAM and visit when appropriate to achieve pre\-agreed account objectives.
- Work closely with cross\-functional teams, and MyCom to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, project plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for GAM/KAM and internal stakeholders
- Meet and exceed the customer’s service expectations (OTD/OTR) whilst working within the capacity and capability limits of the organisation.
- Ensure Escatec financial measures and Department KPI’s are maintained as required (stock levels, Service Level Agreements/Manufacturing Agreements, etc.)
- Product profitability analysis comparing quoted vs actual CBOM and transformation cost.
- Identify \& drive cost hunt activities to improve product pricing optimization.
- CBoM creation and maintenance
- Ensure ESCATEC’s Customer Service Policy is implemented for customers.
- Contract review, order acceptance and forecast management (in conjunction with SCO)
- Prepare and manage business forecasts.
- Consignment material analysis and payment control
- Internal and external reporting (e.g. program status, stock, sales, forecasting, waterfall charts)
- Business retention and expansion through service and customer satisfaction
- Review and act where necessary on Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
- Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of Management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or management environment
- Sound judgement \& problem\-solving skills; can make appropriate decisions \& prioritise while under pressure.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to process large amounts of data.
