Key job responsibilities
Create innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in your organization
Own a program / region and deliver the infrastructure strategy for Amazon Logistics (launch new sites and parking locations for AMZL)
Drive complex business decisions by writing White Papers supported by data and financial analysis
Take a big\-picture approach in your analysis of business operations, driving improvements across a range of teams and organizations
Enhance operational performance on every program in partnership with your stakeholders
A day in the life
As a Programme Manager, you’ll drive and manage the implementation of creative, data\-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programs. You’ll use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan.
Program Managers have significant responsibilities, and you’ll deal with complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership. With a responsibility extending beyond process improvements, you could also contribute to improving other areas of the business, like diversity, equity, and inclusion.
About the team

At AMZL Europe, we deliver millions of packages daily to customers at record speed and quality. The work that Launch and Expansion do is at the heart of that. Our relentless ambition is to make AMZL Europe more and more cost\-effective and customer centric. We’re doing that by improving our existing building network, inventing new and creative ways of making last\-mile delivery more efficient, and optimizing the development of our Under the Roof and On Road Infrastructure. Within the team we have a variety of roles. Typical examples include program managers responsible for selecting and launching new sites, planners working out how we solve challenges such as low emission zones and EV charging, strategy teams looking at how we get the most out of our existing buildings, and analysts using data to deliver insights into how we work and how we should be working.

- Experience in program or project management
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience defining and executing program requirements

- Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
