Programme Delivery Manager - Technology

We're looking for a Programme Delivery Manager – Technology to join our team in Amsterdam. You will lead large\-scale client engagements across the Benelux region, ensuring successful delivery of complex program exceeding 100 FTE.

This role involves full accountability for end\-to\-end delivery, client relationships and commercial performance. You will need sufficient technical depth to challenge architecture, diagnose delivery issues and engage credibly with senior engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive end\-to\-end delivery from initiation through the full life cycle, ensuring program is delivered successfully and in line with EPAM processes


• Manage client relationships and expectations, representing delivery at project, program and governance levels


• Address client issues, identify and manage engagement risks and ensure client responsibilities are executed


• Develop and maintain delivery plans and coordinate the preparation of proposals and statements of work


• Run multiple activity streams and coordinate with technical and business groups across SDLC and IT service management processes


• Be accountable for all aspects of delivery including financial, sourcing, implementation, business and regulatory requirements


• Collaborate with multi\-disciplinary nearshore and offshore teams including product owners, architects, engineers and QA experts to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives

• Significant delivery experience leading large, complex, multi\-team programs (50\+ FTE, multi\-year duration)


• Proven track record delivering enterprise commerce or large\-scale digital transformation programs in a services/consulting context


• Demonstrated experience with legacy\-to\-microservices modernization (monolith decomposition, strangler\-fig patterns, phased migrations)


• Experience with SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud or comparable enterprise commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce, Oracle Commerce, commercetools, etc.)


• Experience delivering for retail, grocery, or consumer\-goods clients strongly preferred


• Track record of owning program budgets of $10M\+ annually


• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud\-native delivery (AWS / Azure / GCP), CI/CD, DevOps and modern engineering practices


• Fluent in agile delivery at scale (SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent), with the judgment to apply hybrid models when needed


• Comfortable engaging in architecture and technical discussions with senior engineers and client architects


• Practical understanding of using AI solutions to improve SDLC efficiency


• Executive presence; proven ability to communicate, influence and negotiate at VP and C\-level


• Strong written and verbal communication in English (additional Dutch is a plus)


• Experience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones


• Skilled in commercial conversations: change requests, scope negotiation, contract amendments

• Experience operating within or alongside a global system integrator delivery model


• Familiarity with composable commerce / MACH architecture principles


• Background in pre\-sales, solutioning, or commercial deal shaping for large engagements
