Programmatic Campaign Manager

BA partners 500\+ global platforms across Diversity Media, Black, Asian, Multi Ethnic, LGBTQ\+, Female / Gender Empowerment, Disability, Age (50\+), Religion and GenZ and many other hard to reach demographics.
As the Programmatic Campaign Manager, you will be the frontline programmatic expert supporting both agency groups and clients directly. You will be responsible for driving the programmatic strategy, capabilities and revenue. This role requires extensive cross\-functional collaboration as other teams also support these agencies / clients. You will project manage, prioritise and work across these various teams to meet the agency’s programmatic needs.
Responsibilities
- Create and/or feed into existing agency business plans, aligning with various teams to execute.
- Drive Display and Video business growth for target customers through opportunity generation, scaled selling and custom innovation on our platforms.
- Develop/Deliver product knowledge, case studies, events, insights and sales materials to create client\-centric, solutions at scale.
- Further develop in\-depth knowledge of all programmatic and relevant 3rd party platforms, operating as in\-agency expert / trusted advisor to clients in your field of specialism, whilst showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape.
- Day\-to\-day, the candidate will work alongside account teams to devise and implement programmatic strategies, provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and make campaign changes as required. Help not only plan campaigns but execute campaigns on DSP platforms.
- Minimum 2\.5 years Agency/Sales/Programmatic experience
- Extensive knowledge in Programmatic and AdTech.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a self\-disciplined manner with excellent learning skills with capacity to learn at an accelerated rate in this incredibly fast paced industry
- Basic knowledge of campaign management and optimisation
- Innovative and creative thinker with ability to educate clients on new revenue and performance models
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to identify business critical issues and seek out quick responses and solutions
- Previous experience working with agency groups.
