About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across multiple projects and teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives while managing stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate multiple projects and cross\-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Define program objectives, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
- Manage program budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact program delivery.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of program management processes and governance.
- Ensure alignment between program deliverables and organizational goals.
- Support change management and adoption activities when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast\-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.
- English B2/C1
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications.
- Experience in digital transformation, technology, or consulting environments.
- Experience managing international or distributed teams.
