Program Manager, Store Tech Infrastructure

About the Role
You will lead a large modernization initiative focused on uplifting and standardizing store IT infrastructure across an international retail environment. The assignment sits at the intersection of infrastructure, retail technology, and business transformation, where you will align multiple initiatives and stakeholders to ensure stores have the capabilities needed for both current solutions and future innovation.
You will work closely with teams within Smart Store, Convenient Check-Out, Retail Tech, infrastructure, and sales markets to turn strategy into a coordinated roadmap and successful rollout. Job DescriptionYou will own the overall program delivery, including scope, timeline, budget, and reporting.
You will coordinate stakeholders across technology and business to keep priorities, dependencies, and decisions aligned.
You will establish and maintain an integrated roadmap together with Smart Store and Convenient Check-Out initiatives.
You will drive risk, dependency, and issue management to keep the program moving forward.
You will support funding, business cases, and investment planning linked to the program roadmap.
You will lead rollout planning and execution across markets.
You will ensure that infrastructure standards, designs, and guardrails are adopted and followed.
You will provide governance updates to sponsors and leadership teams.
RequirementsExperience leading end-to-end delivery of complex programs with responsibility for scope, timeline, budget, and reporting.
Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across both technology and business.
Experience building and managing integrated roadmaps across parallel initiatives.
Experience with risk, dependency, and issue management in large programs.
Experience with rollout planning and execution across multiple markets.
Ability to work with infrastructure standards, designs, and governance.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
