Program Manager ERP

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Program Manager for an ERP project at a client site. This consultancy mission involves overseeing the implementation, evolution, and governance of the ERP system with a focus on financial aspects. The Program Manager will ensure alignment between business needs (accounting, management control, treasury), specifications, and deployed technical solutions, while maintaining program coherence across various phases and entities. The role reports to project stakeholders including the financial director, general director, and IT director.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the ERP program end\-to\-end: scoping, planning, budget tracking, and reporting to stakeholders.


• Coordinate project teams (finance functions, IT, integrators, vendors) and prioritize tasks.


• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring program continuity.


• Ensure deliverables comply with regulatory requirements, specifications, and financial standards (IFRS, closures, consolidation).


• Support change management for finance users and management.

Profile Required:

• Master's degree in finance, business school, or engineering, with a solid experience (15\+ years) in IT program management within a financial environment.


• Proficiency in a major ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).


• Excellent communication skills, organizational sense, and natural leadership.


• Significant experience in the public sector, particularly in a large city.


• In\-depth knowledge of accounting (expenses/revenues/budget) for a large city subject to municipal accounting under Belgian legislation.
