Program Manager Controls (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Program Manager (m/f/d) for our INNIO Jenbacher control system and plant control solution New Product Introductions (\=NPI). This position is in Product Line Management, at the intersection of strategy, engineering, and program execution.
The Program Manager is key in driving the next generation INNIO Jenbacher products. He drives and coordinates cross\-functional programs and aims at offering a competitive product portfolio, meeting current and future market needs and is responsible for overall cross\-functional NPI execution. The Program Manager works very closely with Product Managers and coordinates across various functions (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Sales, Service).At INNIO we offer you:

Your Responsibilities:* Responsible for NPI cross functional execution and serialization e.g., Engineering, GSCM, Services, Sourcing and Digital

• Own overall NPI project execution plan e.g., time, budget, product requirement fulfillment


• Define and execute programs based on agreed Multi Generation Product Plan


• Own risk categorization, scope management and escalation


• Drive cost out initiatives for product and design changes, monitor development through project execution


• Participate in approval boards for product serialization, product updates (Change Control Board CCB)


• Solve technical and/or business problems and provide guidance and direction for internal stakeholders

Your Profile:* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technical field preferred, higher technical college (e.g., HTL electrical engineering) required

• At least 3 years’ work experience in controls system engineering, service, order engineering, product line, project management


• Knowledge of INNIO Jenbacher products, industrial automation, electrical systems is preferred


• Well\-structured and self\-organized working style


• Strong project management skills


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team player mentality


• Ability to interact smoothly at all levels of the organization


• Strong problem solving and analytical skills


• Change agent and continuous improvement mindset


• Fluent in English, German is a plus
