Do you enjoy building strong client relationships, coordinating cross\-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of critical programs? As a Program Manager, you will act as a trusted partner for our clients, leading operational projects and supporting the development of life\-changing therapies in a highly regulated environment.

What we expect from you:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client programs, ensuring effective communication and coordination between clients and internal teams.


• Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, status reports, and key deliverables to ensure successful project execution.


• Leading project meetings, business reviews, and operational discussions while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.


• Collaborating closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met and project milestones are achieved.


• Supporting commercial activities by contributing to proposals, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring contractual commitments are delivered.


• Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying lessons learned and helping optimize processes, services, and customer experience.


• Ensuring activities are performed in compliance with GMP/GxP requirements and applicable quality standards.

• A Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Supply Chain, Business, or another relevant discipline.


• At least 4 years of experience in project management, program management, account management, or a similar client\-facing role.


• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cell \& gene therapy, CRO, CDMO, or healthcare industry.


• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams at all levels.


• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.


• A proactive, solution\-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.


• A good understanding of GMP/GxP environments and quality\-driven operations.


• Fluency in French \& English (min. B2\) is necessary


• Experience with Project Management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or equivalent) is a plus.
