The Role:
- Leading and motivating a production team operating state-of-the-art automated machinery
- Ensuring production targets, quality standards, and KPIs are consistently achieved
- Identifying and resolving operational issues with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance
- Monday - Friday role (days-based)
- Experience within a production, FMCG, food, or processing environment
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong mechanical or technical aptitude with a hands-on problem-solving approach
- A proactive, driven individual seeking structured training and long-term career progression
