Production Scheduler
Morson are working with a leading aerospace manufacturer who are looking for a Planning & Logistics Production Scheduler to join the logistics team based at Broughton.
In this role, you will support project improvement initiatives, design, implement, and provide ongoing support for planning and logistics processes related to wing assembly and fuel system installation.

Key Responsibilities
As a Planning & Logistics Production Scheduler, your duties will include:
- Adhering to the Method for Health and Safety Related Risk Assessment and Control by evaluating risks and continuously enhancing our EHS performance to prevent injury, ill health, and pollution. This involves improving processes across the design, manufacture, assembly, and procurement of products, services, and equipment.
- Supporting operations to ensure the timely delivery of all aircraft part commodities, meeting build, cost, and delivery targets.
- Collaborating within a multi-functional team to drive projects aimed at enhancing business performance and resolving day-to-day operational challenges.
- Providing support to Operational Business Areas to achieve the financial man-hours per set targets.
- Anticipating and responding to rate changes while managing associated risks and opportunities.
- Enabling Operational and Functional deliverables with agility to adapt to production changes.
- Ensuring deployment and adherence of the Operating System (AOS) across all relevant areas.
- Building a strong interface with Procurement to anticipate and mitigate supplier performance risks, safeguarding operational continuity.
- Maintaining effective collaboration with the Logistic Service Provider (LSP) to ensure compliance with logistical processes and addressing any deviations promptly.
