Do you enjoy coordinating complex processes, connecting stakeholders and ensuring a smooth manufacturing and release process? As we continue to expand our operations in Ghent, we are looking for a Production Scheduler & Batch Tracking Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will play a key role in delivering CAR-T cell therapies – making a direct impact on patients’ lives.
<h2>What can you expect?</h2>
As a Production Scheduler & Batch Tracking Specialist, you are responsible for coordinating the timely manufacturing and release of patient-specific batches within our end-to-end supply chain. You ensure smooth collaboration across teams in a sterile GMP environment. You are responsible for; 
Batch Coordination & Stakeholder Management 
<ul>
<li>Coordinating the on-time release of finished product batches in close collaboration with Manufacturing, QA, QC, and Investigations teams </li>
<li>Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication </li>
<li>Providing transparent updates on batch status, progress, and challenges </li>
<li>Building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders </li>
</ul>
Dashboarding 
<ul>
<li>Owning, maintaining and enhancing the BI dashboards and tools to support batch release coordination </li>
<li>Acting as a primary point of contact for BI dashboards troubleshooting by diagnosing and resolving issues across the dashboard landscape, ranging from minor defects and data-quality concerns to complex problems involving data models, refreshes, integrations or performance </li>
</ul>
Monitoring & Issue Resolution 
<ul>
<li>Proactively identifying risks and bottlenecks impacting batch release timelines </li>
<li>Driving discussions to resolve issues and ensure continuity </li>
<li>Escalating critical risks and supporting decision-making at the appropriate level </li>
</ul>
Planning 
<ul>
<li>Building detailed production schedules to ensure timely execution of manufacturing activities while maximizing capacity utilization and minimizing disruptions</li>
<li>Contributing to the execution of the master production plan by translating demand forecasts into feasible short- and mid-term production schedules</li>
<li>Collaborating with planning, manufacturing and warehouse teams to align supply with clinical and commercial demand </li>
</ul>
Continuous Improvement 
<ul>
<li>Driving process improvements and contributing to reporting and scalable planning methodologies </li>
</ul>
<h2>Who are we looking for?</h2>
<h3>Education </h3>
<ul>
<li>You obtained a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Science or a related field or have equivalent experience </li>
</ul>
<h3>Experience </h3>
<ul>
<li>You have at least three years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations or quality </li>
<li>Experience in a GMP environment within pharma or biotech is a strong plus </li>
<li>You have hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate and other Microsoft tools to support reporting analytics, automation or business processes </li>
<li>You have experience with building and using complex Power BI dashboards, combining multiple data sources </li>
</ul>

<li>You are fluent in English </li>
