Tasks and Responsibilities

Tasks \& Responsibilities

• Elaborating production orders regarding the work to be carried out, the required number of machines, personnel, and quantities of materials and components;


• Checking work orders and discussing deviations with the Operations Manager and/or Production Manager;


• Preparing the production and assembly schedule, taking into account delivery times and the availability of machines, materials, and components;


• Identifying problems and shortages with the Production Managers, supplying departments, and warehouse, and proposing solutions to resolve them;


• Informing the sales department and, after consultation with the production department, indicating possible solutions (partial deliveries or delayed deliveries);


• Incorporating backorders and rush orders into the production schedule;


• Issuing work orders to the Production Managers;


• Recording machine hours, labor hours, and used materials and components;


• Discussing problems (shortages) and possible solutions with the Operations Manager.

Job Requirements

What do you bring?

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics;


• Some experience with planning systems;


• A strong personality with experience in frequent communication with customers;


• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;


• Full\-time availability.

ATM Oirschot has specialized in the post\-treatment of products made from various material types, both ferrous and non\-ferrous, since 1986\. Its core activities include anodizing, hard anodizing, pickling, passivation, chromating, cleanroom cleaning, and packaging. In 2024, ATM opened a new location at the Brainport Industries Campus in Eindhoven.
