Production Planner - 12 month FTC

Job Introduction

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our team on a 12\-month fixed\-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining optimised production schedules across multiple bottling lines, ensuring customer demand is delivered on time and in full while adhering to stock policies and supply chain rules.

You will play a key role in balancing supply and demand through effective capacity planning and collaboration with cross\-functional teams, contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Main Responsibility

• Create and maintain optimised production schedules across multiple bottling lines by responding to and managing ERP demand messages.


• Ensure customer demand is delivered on time and in full, while adhering to SKU and shop order scheduling rules.


• Collaborate with supply chain teams to prepare and deliver production plans, responding effectively to disruptions and maintaining compliance with stock policies.


• Maintain accurate production master data within the ERP system, including routings, lead times, and scheduling parameters.


• Conduct capacity planning and analysis using ERP tools to support both short\-term and long\-term demand requirements.


• Work closely with Customer Service and Demand Management teams to identify opportunities to maximise output and meet customer requirements.


• Contribute to team performance by actively participating in meetings and supporting problem\-solving initiatives.
