Packaging Operator - 4 On 3 Off Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Salary: £39,600 per annum (£15.88 per hour including shift allowance)
Shift Pattern: Rotating Days & Nights - 4 on 3 off
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-6:00pm / 6:00pm-6:00am
Overtime: Available

The Role - Packaging Operator As a Packaging Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the packaging operation runs safely, efficiently and consistently throughout your shift.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating automated and semi-automated packaging machinery.


• Setting up equipment and supporting line changeovers.


• Loading packaging materials and components to maintain continuous production.


• Monitoring machinery and packaging processes throughout the shift.


• Carrying out quality and process checks in line with company procedures.
