Production Operator – Full Time, Permanent                                                                                                                           Location: Selby, YO8 6EF
Shifts: Rotating AM/PM shifts (weekly)
Contract: Full\-time, permanent – direct employment (no agency)

Pay: From £13\.63 per hour, with clear progression up to £16\.33 per hour, plus an annual pay review – something we have consistently carried out every year.

About Us

Role Overview

You will work as part of a production line team in a factory environment.
This is an active, hands\-on role where teamwork, communication and supporting each other are key.

Main Duties – Production Line / Winder Operator

• Working on a winding/production line as part of a small team


• Stacking and packing finished products


• Preparing products for pallets


• Supporting other team members to keep the line running smoothly


• Carrying out basic quality checks


• Updating the Production System.


• Keeping the production line clean, safe and organised


• Following simple work instructions and safety procedures

This is a busy but social role – people talk, work together and enjoy being part of a team.

Training \& Progression

• Full training provided on the production line


• After a few weeks, you will have the opportunity to train for a forklift licence


• Moving to the next skill level comes with an increase in pay £13\.86


• Clear pathway to become a skilled operator within the business

Work Location

Applicants must be able to commute reliably. There are opportunities to lift share from Goole \& Selby.
