Mechanical Production Operative

Location: Kings Langley

Agency: Actio Recruitment

Employment Type: Permanent, Day Shift (Monday–Friday)

Actio Recruitment is supporting a well-established engineering company in Kings Langley as they look to add a Mechanical Production Operative to their team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a steady approach, good workshop discipline and strong attention to detail.

The Role

You will work across a range of mechanical production tasks, including:

  • Mechanical sub-assembly following drawings and build instructions

  • Finishing and de-burring of components

  • Visual and dimensional inspection of parts

  • Preparing and packing items for despatch

The Person

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in mechanical assembly or production work

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach

  • Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and build documentation

  • A reliable, team-focused attitude

Hours & Benefits
  • Day shift, Monday to Friday

  • Stable, long-term position within a respected engineering business

  • Hourly rate is dependent on experience
