The Role

We’re looking for motivated Production Operatives to join our team at our Diss site. These are shift based roles working one of the following patterns:

• Double Days: alternating 0600-1400 M-Th, 0600-1130 F then 1400-2200 M-TH, 1130-1700 F (five roles available)


• Nights 2200-0600 M-Th, 1700-2230 F (six roles available)

However, flexibility across shifts and work areas is essential.

These are great opportunities for people who enjoys hands-on work in a small team, making a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Following health & safety standards to keep yourself and your teammates safe


• Producing high-quality products and quickly flagging any issues


• Working with your team to hit daily production targets


• Maintaining clean, organised work areas


• Communicating effectively across shifts for smooth handovers


• Supporting continuous improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.

What we’re looking for

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime when needed


• Ability to follow processes and quality standards


• Comfortable working with basic numbers and production data


• Basic mechanical understanding would be an advantage


• FLT license advantageous but not essential

Previous factory or shift work experience is helpful but not essential.
