Production Operatives

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a growing production operation, working within specialist production sheds. This is a manual, physical role involving the processing and finishing of the products used in high-profile architectural, landscaping, and construction projects.

No prior experience is required – full training will be provided.

Working Hours

• 4 days per week


• Monday to Thursday


• 10-hour shifts (40 hours per week)

• Entry rate: approx. £12.86 per hour


• Increases to £13.42 per hour following training


• Further pay reviews planned

• Based mainly indoors within production sheds


• Some tasks may involve outdoor work


• Standing and moving for long periods (10-hour shifts on your feet)

• Sawing, drilling, splitting, and riving products


• Hand-finishing the product using chisels and tools


• Packing and unpacking finished products


• Loading and unloading deliveries


• Polishing, cleaning, and preparing for final dispatch


• Moving between different production areas as workload changes

• Physically fit with a good level of stamina


• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods


• Hands-on and practical approach to work


• Willing to learn and develop specialist skills


• Good attitude and reliability are essential


• Previous manufacturing / warehouse experience is helpful but not essential

• Genuine long-term career opportunities
