Location: Cranbrook
Shifts: 5am-1:30pm or 1:30pm-10pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour (paid weekly)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Type: Ongoing temporary with potential to go permanent
Are you looking for a reliable, long-term role with great training and a friendly team? Our client in Cranbrook is expanding and looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join them as soon as possible.

You'll be part of a skilled production team creating high-quality, handmade food products. Tasks include:
- Decorating, assembling, and preparing items with precision
- Following recipes and production techniques
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines
- Manual handling as part of the daily workflow
You don't need previous food production experience - just the right attitude. Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability and commitment
- The ability to work accurately and at pace
- Willingness to learn and work across different departments
Due to the rural location, having your own transport is strongly recommended.
