Production operatives

Our client based in Mildenhall are looking to recruit 5x Production operatives on fulltime permanent basis working Monday to Friday no evenings or weekends. Working in a well-established business you will help assemble products to specifications to fulfil orders.

Production Operative duties: -

• Operating production machinery and equipment safely


• Assembling and preparing products for production


• Checking products for quality and reporting any defects


• Following production schedules and instructions


• Maintaining a clean and organised working area


• Following all health and safety procedures


• Meeting production targets and deadlines


• Working effectively as part of a team

To be considered for this role you will have worked within a manufacturing/production environment and have a keen eye for detail. The company pay £12.71 ph. with a bi annual bonus of up to £600 if attendance and other KPIs are hit.
