Production Operative
- Annual Salary: Competitive (to be discussed)

Day-to-day of the role:
- Goods In / Goods Out Responsibilities:
- Receiving, blocking, putting away, and returning goods.
- Sampling, blending, waving, rating, picking, shipping, and returning finished goods.
- Compiling or generating documentation including checklists, manifests, and documents for dangerous goods.
- Stock Control:
- Engaging in cycle-counting, replenishment, and packing.
- Canning liquids (25kg and above), equipment cleaning, palletisation, and labelling.
- General Duties:
- Utilising supplier, freight, and partner websites to book shipments.
- Recording and reporting short or damaged deliveries.
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths & English.
- Experience in warehouse/stock control, preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, or related industries.
- Proficient in managing stock control, cycle counting, replenishment, and overseeing goods in/out processes.
- Skilled in picking, packing, labelling, and handling shipments, including heavy materials.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- An understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and inventory control principles.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards, particularly in handling hazardous materials.
- Eagerness to grow independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in the fragrance industry and fragrance materials.
- Punctual, organised, and able to work well under pressure.
- Logical, methodical, with exceptional attention to detail.
