Hours: Full Time, Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 5:00pm

The Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Shop Floor Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment based in Evesham. This is a varied, hands-on position offering full training and the opportunity to develop within a growing business.
The successful candidate will support the production process, helping to ensure high-quality products are manufactured, assembled and prepared for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing and assembling products to specification
- Measuring, marking and preparing materials for production
- Using basic hand tools safely and effectively
- Carrying out quality inspections to maintain high standards
- Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
- Supporting the production team with general shop floor duties
- Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines
Essential
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual and dependable
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Comfortable undertaking practical, hands-on work
Previous experience using hand tools, measuring equipment, assembling products or working in a manufacturing, engineering, construction or warehouse environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
