We are currently recruiting multiple Production Operators to join a busy manufacturing team based in Fen Drayton, Cambridgeshire.This is a full-time temp-to-perm position offering stable hours, weekly routine, and the opportunity to become permanent after 12 weeks, including access to monthly bonus schemes.Job Details: • Location: Fen Drayton, Cambridgeshire

• Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (Monthly bonus scheme when permanent)


• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm


• Paid Hours: 45 hours per week


• Contract: Full-time, Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities: • Handling and moving products throughout the manufacturing process

• Carrying out manual handling duties safely


• Conducting quality checks on finished products


• Following health & safety procedures at all times


• Working independently and as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements: • Previous experience within production or manufacturing

• Positive and reliable attitude towards work


• Good attention to detail


• Strong manual dexterity


• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment


• Driving licence needed due to location
