Shift Pattern

Rotating shifts:

Monday – Thursday

• 6:00am – 1:30pm


• 1:30pm – 9:30pm

Friday

• 6:00am – 12:30pm


• 12:30pm – 7:00pm

About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Bonding Operative to join a busy manufacturing team. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and are looking to build a long-term career within production.

The successful candidate will be responsible for laying up panels and bonding jobs ready for the next stage of the manufacturing process. You will work with a variety of materials, ensuring products are assembled accurately and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities • Lay up panels ready for production.

• Bond jobs using a range of materials.


• Prepare products for the next stage of the manufacturing process.


• Follow production specifications and work instructions.


• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.


• Work safely and efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What We're Looking For • Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential.

• Good attention to detail.


• A practical, hands-on approach to work.


• Ability to work as part of a team.


• Reliable with a positive attitude.


• Flexible to work rotating shifts.
