Production Operative - Runcorn

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work for our client based in Runcorn, Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work, great benefits, and genuine room to grow and progress.

This position would be suitable for applicants who have previously worked in a role as an Assembly Operative, Warehouse Operative or General Operative.

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday – 6:45AM - 2:45PM


• Monday to Friday – 2:45PM - 10:45PM


• Monday to Friday – 10:45PM - 6:45AM


• Rotating across all three shifts

Rates of Pay:

• £12.71 - £13.21per hour


• £13.58 per hour after twelve weeks

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Production Operative will be:

• Loading raw materials into machines


• Quality checking and assessing moulded products


• Packing stock into boxes


• Labelling boxes and ensuring correct colour coding


• Shrink-wrapping products and stacking them

Essential Skills:

The skills required to be a Production Operative are:

• Available to work the rotating shift pattern


• Responsible, with a good eye for detail


• Willing to learn


• Communicative level of English


• Able to work rotating shifts consistently

Desirable Experience:

• Experience in a warehouse or production environment

Training:

• Full training provided with ongoing support throughout your assignment
