Job Role
Work as part of a production team manufacturing wet wipes and soap/sanitiser products. Report to the Production Manager for tasks and direction while working within the production team. Ensure the timely and accurate manufacture of quality products. Operate machinery used in the manufacturing process, including the Fabric Rewind Machine. Assist with producing products from the beginning of the process through to finished goods. Carry out quality checks at each stage of production and maintain equipment to a high operational standard. Comply with company operational policies and procedures, including Health \& Safety, ISO, and BRC standards.
Provide support to the warehouse and delivery team when required, including warehouse duties and van driving to cover staff holidays, absences, and operational requirements.
Working Hours
This is a full\-time position. Your regular working hours will be Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:45, with a total of 1 hour of break time per day, which may be taken in split periods.
The role is subject to an initial 3\-month probationary period, which will be reviewed and may be extended for a further 3 months if necessary.
Salary
The Company will pay you salary at the rate of £27\-000\-£28,500 gross per year, depending on experience, payable in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll schedule. The company also pays discretionary bonuses on an ad hoc basis and is based on performance and leadership values. You will receive your pay by BACS direct to your bank account on 28th of each month. You agree that you will not discuss your pay and discretionary bonuses with any member of staff as this could forfeit any future pay increases and bonuses.
Tax withholding
The Pay referred to in this description is subject to reduction of applicable payroll taxes and other deductions required by law.

Holiday Entitlement
You will be eligible for 29 days of paid holiday leave per year. This includes 9 bank holidays. Holidays are calculated at the rate of 1/52nd for each complete week of service remaining in the current holiday year which runs from 1st January to 31st December. You agree that you will not discuss your holiday entitlement with any other member of staff.
