Production Operative
We are looking for Production Operatives who want a long-term opportunity to build a career within production! This is a temp-perm opportunity with a company based in High Wycombe.
What you'll do:
- Assemble raw materials for prepping, mixing, measuring, and packing of finished products.
- Manage automated methods and temperatures to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
- Communicate and coordinate with the production team to meet production schedules.
- Participate in regular shift-related meetings to provide critical information.
- Basic Maths and English skills.
- Desire to learn and undergo on-the-job training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Good communication skills and a flexible attitude.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical fitness to lift and move weights up to 25kgs.
- A valid right to work in the UK.
- Competitive hourly rate starting from £14.63
- Full-time position with a rotating shift pattern : Working hours are 38.75 hrs per week on a 2 week rotating shift pattern (Week 1 - 5.45am - 2pm and Week 2 - 1.45pm - 10pm)
- Temporary to permanent contract.
