This is an onsite position.

Contract Details: full time, fixed term for 1 year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Performing mold installation and removal on various press systems

Replacing wear parts on presses

Carrying out minor repairs on press systems

Performing film changes on punching machines

Transporting molds using manual pallet trucks

Knowing and complying with internal company regulations (e.g., safety, GMP, ISO, etc.)

Documenting work results

Education

Completed technical vocational training, ideally as a tool mechanic, industrial mechanic, or automotive mechanic

Work Experience

Several years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical environment is an advantage

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Very strong quality awareness

Careful and hygienic way of working

Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills

Willingness to work shifts and weekends in a fully continuous shift system

Pay Transparency:

The annual base salary for this position is €50,940\.00\. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender\-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.

This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
